KATHLEEN BEARDSLEY

Kathleen Beardsley was born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina. She is a graduate of River Bluff High School in Lexington. She has earned a B.F.A. degree in Interior Design at Converse University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

 

Kathleen has pursued various artistic endeavors throughout her pre-college years. She was twice selected to exhibit artwork in the annual ArtFields Jr. competition in Lake City, South Carolina. In addition to creating 2D and 3D art in traditional media such as photography, drawing, painting, and sculpture, she enjoys using computer-aided design platforms as part of her creative process. Kathleen is a Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate; she achieved a perfect score on the certification practical test. Her experience has covered a wide range of topics including 3D modeling, design concepts, and practical design. She has proficient knowledge in Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

In her free time, Kathleen enjoys volunteering, woodworking, crafting, gardening, fish keeping, water sports and all things outdoors. Kathleen focuses on timeless, functional, and sustainable design.
